Welcome to the LCPL J. Kyle Price Memorial Foundation website. The foundation was officially started in 2008 in memory of LCPL Kyle Price of Woodlawn, IL. Kyle was killed on January 13, 2006 as a result of enemy small arms fire while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Ar Ramadi, Iraq. Kyle was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force based in Camp Lejeune, N.C.

This foundation was set up by Kyle's family and friends to honor his memory and to raise money for causes that were important to Kyle and that are important now to his family.

In April of 2006, before the foundation became official, Kyle's family and friends came together to organize a motorcycle ride to honor him and all other veterans. The ride is currently the foundation's biggest fundraiser. Please visit the ride page for all of the details.

2008 marked the inaugural LCPL Kyle Price Memorial Bass Tournament at Rend Lake in Franklin County, IL. The tournament was held on August 24.
